1. Permitting Abusive Marketing Practices. (Top)

Mail, societies chief information relay system for business and personal communication,  has been smothered by advertisements to the point where it has become more of a burden than an enhancement.

Postal Mail:

A person need look no further than their mail box to discover the truth of it. Flyers, leaflets, brochures of every variety flood the postal service each day to an extent which literally exceeds business and personal communications through that channel. Aside from the congestion and general chaos this trash introduces into the economy of Human life there is the issue of the real importance of the issues therewith advertised. I'm guessing 70% of the flyers, leaflets, brochures, etc. which are congesting the postal service are nothing more than scams set up for and by the PCs who have no concern other than more money for themselves. How much of the publics money is being wasted on this enterprise?

Electronic Mail:

Electronic mail is new, less than half of the Human population even has access to it. But already the PCs have turned it into a landfill of chaos. There is so much junk email being thrown at the public that email has been reduced to a burden and a nuisance rather than an enhancement to Human economy. That is unless you implement every known security device to stop the flow of trash, which leads us to the root of much of this trash mail, which is to create artificial demand for useless products.

Signs, Billboards:

Even The Dynasty Of Government has congested this area of communication with trash. Every place you look there are huge signs hanging in what seems to be the sky. They advertise everything from alcohol (on public highways, a bit contradictory wouldn't you say) to the lawyers who make their livings juggling the drunk driving cases that result. There's no limit and there's no relief either day or night because they frequently have large blinding lights shining on the huge $500 per month rental fee billboards even after hours. But all said the only thing I really have against signs and billboards is that they frequently cost way to much to maintain and create. The public is being charged, bodies are being buried, for all this waste of resources.

The American government has shown how abusive it can be many times throughout the generation within which we all live. A few of the most prominent cases are listed below:

1. The Rodney King case: Where the Los Angeles, CA police department was caught on video camera beating Mr. Rodney King into a bloody coma simply for being an African American and not jumping to their every whim.

2. Throughout America police sit in wait on corners, behind bushes to penalize the public for inconsequential traffic infractions to make additional monies for their dynasty; the government dynasty.

3. Females are exploited throughout the corrections system by government employees. One need only look into the number of children born to incarcerated females to see the extent of this exploitation.

4. Jails, something that nearly all non PC citizens eventually end up seeing, are filthy and the food consists of almost no protein while protein is the most important substance in the Human diet.

5. Using lethal weapons on the public; guns that fire lead projectiles that kill and maim. When the government dynasty could easily afford non lethal weapons if the health and welfare of the citizenry were the primary concern.

6. Charging the citizens for every move they make with thousands of licensing laws and forcing them to stand for hours in lines at congested offices to obtain these recurrent licenses.

4. Permitting Closed Circuit Business Partnerships Favoring "friends". (Top)

Although America has something that resembles a standard of qualification that it pretends to use as a guideline for employment qualification, the degree system, anybody or any company can interpret or fail to interpret that system as they choose. There exists no system for determining a citizen's "real qualification". Consequently, every aspect of the existing "standard of qualification" can be bent, twisted, readjusted to make allowances for any and all "special cases" which amounts, overall, to any family who has the money to "force their child into a certain occupation" can do so and has done so. Until at last the "standard of qualification" has become nothing more than a "standard of birth rite", or better known as a "caste based system".

So thorough has been the implementation of this "caste based system" that a citizen in America stands out and can become the victim of harassment simply for not being a member of the prevailing cult in the area where he or she lives. I call these organizations, which have segmented and confined the American citizenry to specific levels of caste, cults because none of them are all inclusive and none of them are based on the scientific reality of Human biology. Instead they are based almost exclusively on conformity to "their particular way of seeing things", or their own "manufactured truth". See Petty Capitalist Economy.

Not only can't a man move, by way of qualification, from a lower caste into a higher caste, but the higher castes go about the business of exploiting the lower castes to the point of death by running systems of exploitation (see additional hours) within which each member in a wide range of higher caste members takes a small slice of the citizen's life until at last the lower caste citizen has no organs left to remove, no teeth to drill, no vehicle to acquire traffic tickets, is no longer eligible for state assistance and dies.

5. Exploiting The Public's Ignorance While Purposely Perpetuating That Ignorance. (Top)

I use to drink Ocean spray cranberry juice. The label said "cranberry juice" and if you read the fine print you would see that the product contained 27% cranberry juice and water. Recently Oceanspray corporation came out with a new way to market their juices. They kept the exact same label as used for their cranberry juice except changed the label's wording to 100% juice. When you see the cranberries all over the label and it is the exact same label as the original cranberry juice I have seen at least one person who has purchased the product with the notion that it was 100% cranberry juice. But if you read the fine print you will find that it isn't cranberry juice at all, rather it is grape juice and several other much less expensive fruit juices.

Across the board corporations are using these sneaky "trick the consumer" tactics to "earn a little extra profit". By this time in the misappropriation of social resources in this dysfunctional caste system the citizenry is so utterly out of synchronization with science, literature, marketing, and other aspects of the current mode of production that many of them probably can't even read the label, they just go by the coloration and picture. So the corporations, rather than confront the resource misappropriation problem, exploit the ever diminishing citizenry's weaknesses which simply increasingly cripples them until they have reached the depth of untouchables at which point they will need to be covered up.

6. Covertly Exacerbating Existing Social Problems To Profit From The Sale Of Solutions. (Top)

This is a hard one to prove but anybody with eyes and a brain can extrapolate the reality of the issue from available data. 

Mosquitoes have an uncanny ability to evolve just one step ahead of every new mosquito repellent modern multi billion dollar chemical research laboratories can come up with. Cockroaches seem to be evolving at this same accelerated rate which proves always to be just ahead of modern multi billion dollar chemical research laboratories.

And another such glaring contradiction is the AIDS epidemic. All and all it has cost the public some 20,000,000,000 dollars over the past twenty years. But even so modern multi billion dollar chemical research laboratories just can not seem to find a pill that will stop the all pervasive virus which doesn't cost six hundred dollars a bottle or require 5 or more pills a day.

I could go on and on with this one as it seems that nearly all of the modern world is fabricated to suit petty capitalist (PC) profits more than any real cause.

7. Not Abiding By The Law Which Requires Equal Representation To All In The Courts. (Top)

We don't even have to talk about this one. Nearly every rich person in this society who commits a crime gets a slap on the wrist with a couple months of probation.

While on the other hand they are giving average citizens twenty years in prison for selling a marijuana cigarette. And they do this without a word as if it were just the another day at the court house.

8. Penalizing The Public For Yielding To The Subversive Advertising Of Alcohol Manufacturers. (Top)

Round and round we go in the punitive cycle of alcohol sales, incarceration and alcoholics anonymous meetings. I wonder sometimes if the liquor distributors also own the AA meetings? Then the courts simply dish out AA meeting attendances as a way of channeling additional profits to the same people who caused the problems in the first place the liquor distributing corporations who I'm almost certain are manipulating various aspects of the social environment to enhance consumption after all isn't that how petty capitalist (PC) do business?

9. Basing Product Quality On The Social Class Of The Prospective Consumer. (Top)

I don't know if the reader is familiar with Miami, Fl, but the area is populated mainly by poor citizens who do some of the grungiest work in society for the lowest wages. Many of these citizens are either African American or Latin. 

I walked into a food store in Miami not too long ago and was looking around for something to eat. The food store was in one of the poorer areas of town. As I stopped to investigate the bags of peanuts that lay on the shelve I noticed something moving inside one of the bags so I picked it up to take a closer look. The bag i came to discover had at least five cockroaches living right inside of it. And as I looked at the other bags I could see that about 6 of ten bags had the same disconcerting problem.

Miami is not the only poor neighborhood where the citizenry is being treated with a much less than optimal level of sanitation and general product quality. I have seen the same thing in New York, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Atlanta Georgia.

Across the board modern day multi billion dollar chemical research laboratories, etc. seem to have brought little or no change to the living environments of the average or poorer citizenry's living conditions. I'm supposing those developments are "not for everybody" because if they are they certainly aren't functioning as such.

Payless shoes, a corporation which popped up a few years back is now catering to nearly all of the citizenry with their cheap shoes. When I say cheap I don't mean just the price. I bought a pair of shoes their myself about five years ago. I hadn't worn the shoes for more than a week and the soles began falling off. Then a week later the side wall ripped open. It wasn't three weeks and I had to throw them into the trash because that is what they were trash.

It almost hurts my feelings to see the people whose families give so much respect and dedication to modern industrial knowledge and the educated community because they admire them so much for all of their contributions being abused like dirt because the petty capitalist (PC) are so out of touch with the citizenry as to care nothing for their welfare.

10. Denying Any Connection Between The Exploits Of Capital And Poverty. (Top)

The entire society is silent on the issue of money and whenever working citizens or the petty capitalist (PCs) observe all of the misery around them the only words that can be heard are words that slander the unfortunate citizens whose lives have become insolvent as a result of being exploited. 

To the citizens walking all over the streets pushing shopping carts and wearing rags the only names given are bum, lazy, crazy, drug addict. And unfortunately there is even some truth to this. However what everyone is over looking is that those citizens were once vibrant young children with starry eyes and dreams. It was this dysfunctional system of resource distribution which somehow landing them into insolvency and created their current predicaments. Like many other problems this would not be a very important issue if those involved were few in number 100, 300, or even 1000. Unfortunately, every city in America has hundreds of such people walking the streets and living in the gutters which implies that there are thousands. What is worse is that there is even a cover them up system in operation which is constantly dumping the bodies and still they are everywhere. This implies, aside from the obvious knowledge of excessive exploitation, that new citizens are constantly falling out of financial solvency and entering into this untouchable caste of doomed Humans.

The point of this particular problem area in society is that people are putting the blame on the unfortunate citizens. Problems of this type point directly at the political structure of the society and maladjusted resource distribution. How many perfectly normal, healthy citizens are shacking up ten in a single apartment just to maintain a grip on survival? There are thousands of those also and they are, as such, almost waiting in line to become untouchables on the streets of America's cities. Today they are called unskilled, or uneducated workers, tomorrow after having reached insolvency and landed on the streets they will be called bums, lazy, crazy, or drug addicts and they may by then have become these things. Round and round we go dumping the bodies of our fellow Humans and titling them untouchable simply because various fools can not live without untenable excesses even though they lack any qualification.

11. Permitting Corporations To Work Against The Public Interest. (Top)

For granted every competitive effort at it's conception is some type of conspiracy against all competitors. But these corporations are well founded and long ago ran any real competitors into the dirt, yet still they conspire, though not against competitors, as they no longer exist, but against the general citizenry as a means of ripping every last drop of money from them regardless of their already impoverished condition.

It would seem that corporate leaders, being educated and presumably intelligent people, would recognize the necessity to keep the citizens alive and functioning in an effort to keep the business line operational. History has shown that this is not the case. It happens that each corporation, being dragged around by some aristocracy of inheritors, is so bent on having always more profits they are willing to completely over look this basic truth, that of maintaining the citizenry at a functional level and so repeatedly we find ourselves at these critical points where the bulk of the citizenry become insolvent and the economy fails to operate.

It is immediately obvious by this that what is needed here is a central authority. Someone to force these corporate aristocracies to get in line with the public good and out of line with each other. If bilking the citizenry to the point of their death becomes the rule of the day we are no longer dealing with a society but rather a nazi prison camp.

As far as which corporations are working against the citizenry is concerned: A better question to ask would be: which corporation is not working against the citizenry. When you have aristocracies dealing their products to millions of citizens and handling the accounting for decades it doesn't take long before it becomes obvious to them how easy it is to pull some small tricks on all of their consumers and steal a million dollars. 

For example a bank may have 50,000 checking account holders. Looking at the books they can see that each month 10,000 of those customers have balances that run very near to zero. All they have to do is execute some ridiculous fee at precisely the time when those accounts near zero and 10,000 checking account holders can be charged a fifteen dollar over draft fee ($150,000 total). Corporations are using their inside accounting information, etc. which gives them clear perspectives on the habits of the citizenry to steal monies from the citizenry.

12. High Level Officials Earning Unjustifiably Large Incomes. (Top)

One need look no further than the surnames of nearly all high wage corporate officials to establish the reality of caste in the modern world. Reading a list of high wage corporate officials is like reading a who's who in Hollywood entertainment list or any of the high branches of government. One huge cartel of inheritors is and has been running nearly ever aspect of society which yields inordinately high wages.

But more than the well known aristocracies of the modern world, of which there are millions, there are literally hundreds of millions of groups, families that live on levels just below "the rich" but far above the average citizenry. All of these groups jealously hoard status by completely sealing off entire levels of employment; always those which yield higher wages. As you descend the levels of caste in the modern world the wage levels fall but never to the wretched levels of the average world citizenry.

The highest wages come from large "public" corporations and foundations, consequently those are precisely where you will find agglomerations of inheritors holding positions which were long ago sealed off from the mainstream population mostly by the manipulation of schools and credentials. But once the citizenry has been dwarfed to the extent that they actually look and feel "lesser" the sealing off becomes an easy chore as the average citizen simply stops trying to achieve such things and relegates himself to his lesser caste.

14. Permitting The Existence Of A Higher "Caste" Of Citizens Who's Only Expertise Is Treachery And Lies. (Top)

I don't see how anybody could pretend not to know that America has been divided into castes.

1. Magazine stands are literally cluttered with hundreds of trash publications the only purpose of which is to provide an audience for the millions of higher caste has-beens which exist.

2. Every waterway in America, probably the world, is congested with luxurious houses many of which remain empty most of the time simply to provide a second or third place for people who aren't even fully utilizing their main properties.

3. Resorts are popping up almost everywhere with little respect or regard for the destitute conditions of the citizens in the areas in which they are so gaudily constructed.

4. Jails are getting larger and more abundant. America already houses more prisoners than any other country in the world. One can tell that they have no plans of reducing the incarceration rate; quite the contrary appears obvious.

5. Everywhere you look you are bombarded with advertisements that the citizenry have tolerated for so long that they are immune to them like a new disease that has inundated the land with little or no hope of abating.

6. Everything is divided, partitioned off, to the extent that even though all of the land is consumed a citizen has only a tiny, frequently not maintained, sidewalk, if that exists, on which to carry out the routines of his / her day.

7. If you are walking through a poor neighborhood you had better be carrying a club to protect yourself, but if you are walking through a rich neighborhood there are so many cops you better have a lawyer.

Having established that their is a horribly maladjusted resource distribution scenario in existence we don't have to look to far away to discover how this maladjusted resource distribution scenario is being maintained. You may not have to look at all anyplace you go you could get your hand ripped by some barbed wire, arrested by a cop, bit by some guard dogs, or spotted by some surveillance cameras. The citizens are so scared they don't even venture out of their houses after dark. What are they afraid of; is it the thousands of untouchable citizens, their previous brothers and sisters, roaming the streets or all the cops, barbed wire and dogs? If this was all the free flow of social progress why does everything have to be LOCKED DOWN? This unto itself portrays a lack of real qualification amongst the property owners. And if they lack real qualification one can easily surmise how it is that they maintain their opulence; treachery and lies. But why surmise when evidence is as near to us as our email inbox, if we are fortunate enough to have access to a computer. Microsoft corporation recently filed a law suit against several of these lying cheating money grabbing fakes (petty capitalists) because they were even bombarding Microsoft corporation with junk mail.

And as if this wasn't enough all you have to do is go to any number of caste oriented dining areas usually located someplace in the hearth of every city where you can watch has-beens sit around dinning on the fanciest fruits and vegetables prepared in expensive little plates talking about dumb crap that means absolutely nothing to anybody except themselves and their caste in the most eloquent manner and tone. Try Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA west of Laurel Canyon Boulevard, or the River walk in downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL, or Ocean drive in Miami Beach, Fl, or Greenville Avenue south of Mockingbird lane and north of interstate 30 in Dallas, TX.

15. Providing Entertainment To A Progressively Illiterate Public Who Can Not Afford To Eat. (Top)

Laundry rooms, bus stations, even doctor's offices are outfitted with television sets where citizens, frequently wearing little more than rags and obviously never having experienced anything comparable to the luxuriance the petty capitalists (PCs) on the television live and work in, watch like mesmerized zombies in a funeral home. Completely alienated from any comprehension of what they are seeing. So enamored are these beguiled citizens with luxuries that they will never experience that it is ludicrous beyond conception. It is as if these citizens have forfeited any life of their own to become a perennial audience for has-beens without a clue as to what's going on or why.

The citizenry stands reduced!

The petty capitalists (PCs), so obnoxiously overconfident, seem to accept it all as the inevitable congruence of their own perfection juxtaposed against the base condition of the common man. It is a surrealistic scenario one can only imagine would be found within conditions of complete economic breakdown like those which exists in countries like India. But it is happening in the modern world. The citizens are being reduced to untouchables and they are to far gone to recognize the reality of it. Whilst on the other hand the egos of the petty capitalists (PCs) are flying to insane heights bolstered by the perpetual reduction of the citizenry. Neither side recognizing the condition of the other as their individual worlds are set so far apart as to render them impermeable. It is a monstrous love embrace of "let us dazzle you lowly creatures with our affectation, ornamentation, and vanity while you sink to the inevitable fate of your lot" destined for disaster. The longer the music plays the more we all lose in this nightmare fantasy called the modern world.

16. Permitting Completely Illiterate Fools To Be In Administration Positions. (Top)

The shortest path to success is frequently so well mapped out that all one need do is show their birth certificate to the various caste adjudicators along the way.

How many of these so called professionals, a title that they so jealously hoard that they even manufacture elaborate words just to camouflage the simplicity of their tasks with affectation, have even, really, passed the tests required to obtain their credentials? The rule of the day is to cheat on everything, everywhere, all the time so much so that petty capitalists (PCs) are getting into careers for which they have neither aptitude or education, but they most certainly have the necessary vanity which comes all the easier the further reduced the citizenry stand in contrast.

I'm a self taught chemist, who has spent more than ten years in the books, and I can't even recall how many times I have caught doctors misdiagnosing my various conditions, but there have been too many such incidents to overlook as accidental. I won't mention names to spare the poor wretches the defamation but it is an issue which can not be tolerated.

17. Permitting Marketing Scams To Run On Public Media Broadcasting Time. (Top)

Television:

The best way to deal with the television problem is to just not buy one. But worse than television itself is the fact that they are actually SELLING service. Cable TV, videos, I was addicted to that crap myself for a while but it's so utterly disappointing with all of it's self glorification that I soon aborted the process. Pay a movie star a million dollars a year just for being born to a wealthy family and being in the "in crowd". They would be shelve stockers at the local grocery store if not for the patrimony and caste this system is based on. And they even become pompous and egotistical about being "movie stars" the lowest ranking profession which exists in the economic procession which is Human evolution.

I don't watch television very much but every time I do I'm over whelmed with the amount of advertising that is being thrown at the public by way of that communication channel. Each hour of television time is congested with no less than 15 to 20 minutes of advertisements. 

Much of the crap on television serves only to waste the public's time and provide high wage jobs for the PCs and their helpers especially where they actually go as far as showing the PCs working at their over waged, rated jobs assuming that it is entertainment for the public. But worse even than this the television broadcasting companies, bleeding their profits from the public as they do, sell broadcasting air time to any PC who comes along with a new scam. 

Vacuum cleaners, diet pills, dating scams (selling the only valuable thing we have; love), exercise machines (please, if a person wanted exercise they don't need a stupid machine), cooking devices (there are way too many already), etc. etc. etc.. point is that these products are just scams. The public doesn't need or want that trash so the PCs push it on the public over and over again until they are brainwashed into buying it. They even went so far as to give that crap a name trying to legitimatize it, "infomercials", please, scamercials is the true name.

Radio:

Radio is a low cost, to the public, communication channel. It has some great advantages as such because a person can bring a radio along just about anyplace and listen to it even while doing other things. But even this communication channel is congested with advertisements. You won't hear five songs before you are being blasted with some PC's "BEST PRICED WHEELS IN TOWN" crap. And it looks like the PCs and their helpers have taken all the slightly lesser wage jobs in this area also because to hear one disc jockey is to hear them all; they are like billboards for PC advertising and propaganda. The music I listen to, but their mouths I turn off, after all haven't we all heard just about enough of what these clowns have to say and still nothing has changed.

18. Covering Up Community Voices. (Top)

The next time you walk anyplace look around at the light poles, news paper machines, walls, subways, under the freeway over passes, etc. and there is a good chance you'll see this truth yourself. A great many of these public artifacts have been painted and repainted so many times they have layers of multi hue paint in patches all over their surfaces where again and again public officials or whoever else is involved repeatedly cover up the flyers, writings, graffiti of the people. You can be certain that those small signals are coming from the people because the PC Dynasties have all media lines wired to their benefit and they have no need to resort to small publications. To the PCs in business and government these community voices are merely a nuisance that destroys the "elegance" of their commercial operations. But, as I have personally experienced, they work much faster at covering up "real political issues" published in this way. So fast that in Los Angeles, CA I taped flyers on every light pole down Hollywood blvd one day then walked about ten blocks to another area. When I returned, an hour later, all my flyers were gone.

Their are indeed government and covert systems in operation covering up community voices in almost the same way that they are covering up citizens. They are keeping it clean, pure, religious and locked down.

19. A Complete Lack Of Affordable Temporary Housing For The Citizens Earning The Minimum Wage. (Top)

Minimum wage is about six dollars an hour. A far cry from the four plus hundred dollars an hour being earned by corporate inheritors. Even so more and more citizens are finding themselves earning this grossly inadequate wage. Standing in lines for hours at daily labor pools to go out on dirty manual labor jobs for a full day just to earn thirty five to forty dollars. A person can surely have a good meal with the earnings from such slave labor, but try renting a motel so that you can have a shower and a bed to rest in. No way, the rent of a motel itself will be at minimum forty dollars without deposits, phones, or the luxury of adequate cleaning items.

A person so unfortunate to have fallen into these minimum wage jobs almost certainly has to bind himself to another who already possess some more moderately priced form of housing. But this is impossible for travelers and those who have no family to support their efforts. So such persons are left with the ultimatum either they eat or they sleep, but they can not do both on the wages they have earned.
