Create a philosophical basis suitable for the growth of truth!

Creating a philosophical basis suitable for the growth of truth is absolutely essential. This is because animals, man included, readily perceive truth upon entry to the planet via their mother's womb. Consequently, if you are teaching, and or showing anything else, you're doomed! Nature will supplant you and it's as certain as the rising sun.

A philosophy suitable for the growth of truth would be a philosophy based on truth, or chemistry as it is. The philosophy of UCOM is such a philosophy. Furthermore such a philosophy would not only have to be based on the truth of nature but also offer an enhanced comprehension of that truth! Again the philosophy of UCOM offers precisely this enhanced comprehension of truth.

Wide spread acceptance of a single philosophy of truth in the modern World is necessary to create impervious cohesion. Without this wide spread acceptance of a philosophy based on a more advanced knowledge of truth in the modern World the modern World is rendered susceptible to any outside force which bears truth as it's weapon (the most formidable weapon in existence).

Eliminate religion in the modern World

This item actually correlates with Step 1, because the institution of a philosophy based on truth presupposes the elimination of prehistoric philosophies based on prehistory. I give it it's own step because it is such a drastic and all encompassing reform that it requires further explanation.

The elimination of religion will also require the philanthropic expenditure of capital. Humans do not even care about belief systems when they lack the basic needs of life. Thus the elimination of religion will have to be integrated with the advent of missionary corporations.

We still subsist under the Hero based value origin system. Consequently, Heroes will have to start showing the benefits and greater value of science over religion. If they do not, well, then I don't think Nature will allow them to be Heroes for long. Once the Heroes in modern civilization start "learning the truth of science" - a preliminary - then we can hope to have them endorse it. Perhaps you can see what a barbaric state we still at this modern age exist within.

Religions must go not because the World hates all these fictitious gods (the Christians particularly like to say people are trying to oust their gods), but rather because the religious philosophies are antiquated and non functional. They are for the most part based on furthering man's complacency and not his society, which is not acceptable policy in a resource share.

Build missionary corporations in the third World

What is a missionary corporation? Ha ha, sounds like a dream awakening from the nightmare of Industrialization (ruthlessly barbaric free enterprise). But it is NOT! Not only is it not a dream, but it is an absolute MUST! Corporations have been established beyond refute, they are here to stay forever more. The next stage is the horizontal expansion of existing corporations.

This horizontal expansion will require philanthropic investment of resources. The only gain will be the greater good of man initially. I can see these leaders of the new philanthropic corporations being "Great Humanists" with a love of both science and humanity. Science because fools can not be sent on missions to enlighten. Humanists because they will have to adore the possibly illiterate people that they will set out to advance.

Upon obtaining finance for such a mission the "Distributionist", as opposed to the "Capitalist", will proceed to his destination country passing out literature and finding recruit workers, but they will not be PAID workers, they will be working to produce goods for their community and the only reward will be the good fortune of the community and it's esteem for hard workers. This will institute a distributive value system through a natural process of gratifying those who do the best "for the community". After fully fulfilling it's community needs the missionary corporation can bring the excess of it's produce to the common World market for profit. This eventual profit can repay finance and pay for community advancement. It will open the doors for a real World Wide market, with everyone participating, but not based on individual gain, rather on community gain.

Furthermore the products of the missionary corporations should have a far better, and increasing, market share with their excess produce (this will generate the spirit of competition "for the advancement of the community"), in relation to private corporations, because they will have complete endorsement by the pubic as "Their Corporations". Eventually these missionary corporations will completely replace the private corporations of the past.

Missionary corporations will have to be developed in groups so that the sum of their produce is sufficient to fulfill all the basic sustenance needs of a given community.

Small business is dead, except as it pertains to specialty items. Small business is the result of separatism and separatism is OUT. Corporations should seek to completely replace small business except as it pertains to specialty item markets. Small business, for "Joe and Sam's private profit" can only exist for specialty items this will keep the doors open for possible enhancements in existing corporate products and new innovative products while shunting the further expansion of the "Private Sector".

Creation of a simplified common World language to be universally taught.

The advancement of civilization requires commonality amongst it's citizenry and this can not even be achieved without the ability to communicate. Consequently, a common language is necessary. The people of the World each favor their own language over any other and rightly so as they are stepping out of the barbarism of accumulative competition and should be quite defensive about any approach. Therefore, this common language will have to be created from a consideration and incorporation of all languages now in wide spread utilization on the planet. It will also have to be a simplified language so that the resource requirements to teach, or learn, it are affordable to all people.

After it's creation the common language will need to be taught in elementary schools world wide along with their primary language. And the next generation after the advent and incorporation of the common language will for the first time in the entire history of Human kind have a truly world wide line of communication, albeit primitive initially.

Componentization of existing corporations.

Once the World has advanced to the point where "the growth and progress of all" is the main concern of civilization, which should follow shortly after the preceding steps, it will be necessary to componentize existing corporations. The structure of existing corporations was determined by the structure of primitive society, meaning that separatism was necessarily incorporated in the form of vertical expansion as a result of the extreme and untamed competitive forces at work in the civilization. Componentizing corporations will consist of breaking them up into individual parts and calling these separate parts New corporations which will cater to the existing needs of all corporations. For example:

Rip the advertising departments out of every existing corporation and create one new corporation which does only advertising for all corporations. Likewise with book keeping, and human resources departments.

This will allow for the perfection of each unit beyond the capabilities and needs of any one of the corporations to whom they cater and will vastly reduce the wastefulness of redundancy which now carries an overwhelming cost. Furthermore, the only function for a police force will be to enforce the economic system, what other system is there?, like truant officers who ensure that everyone is employed and everyone is adequately compensated with goods, housing, and the comforts of life.

Modernization of the World's schools

The last step in modernizing the World will consist of modernizing the schooling process. Schooling will have to be incorporated into the corporate structure of the community. The reason this is necessary is to focus the width of study to the necessity which demands it. This will reduce the cost of education on the community and increase the depth of pertinent education. Specialized, diverse education as does not relate to production will be provided at private institutions. It is my assumption that the greater productivity achieved by this system will make readily available the necessary time for any individual so inclined to engage any type of study that they so endeavor on their own time and at their own cost. What will change is that the community will cease paying for education which is not pertinent to the maintenance of the community economy. At present many subjects are taught in schools which have no relevance to economic life, such as art, sports, this will end. Our art will be the perfection of our product and our sport will be production. You may not see it now, but with new values you'll not only feel just as satisfied with the new system, but will be wasting much less resources on randomness. Those whose interests are diverse will have room for diverting, those whose interests are not diverse will not be forced to participate in subjects irrelevant to their social duties. This will allow for a shifting work force and generate a diversely skilled population as the knowledge necessary for each line of business will be provided by the business. The only requirement for hiring will be citizenship and sufficient aptitude and interest to learn the particular line of business.
