I once spoke with a man who had
been in jail for not paying his child support. He was battling it out with his ex wife for
custody of the children. He claimed to be concerned only with the welfare of the children.
So I asked him: "If I could find another family who could feed, cloth, and school
the children better than you or your wife would you give the children to that family to
ensure them a more promising future?" He responded: "No, they are my
children." And it was clear who he was really
concerned with, himself. Frequently Humans will lie to others and themselves so as to pretend to be something that they are not, as in this case the man wanted to appear kind and caring, but was truly only thinking about himself and "HIS children". This type of conflicting thought is actually believed to be sincere by those who entertain it. It is NOT WRONG to Selfishly want to keep one's children! What is wrong is to pretend that you are doing something else while you are Selfishly wanting to keep your children. After all if a man, or woman does not understand and accept their own motives how can they hope to make any sense out of their overall lives or society. Such people exist in a chaotic cloud of pseudo realities which to them appear to be truth because "what they think is right" conflicts with "what they are doing at any particular time" so it must be rearranged in the mind. It is a mild case of Insanity and exists within many religious people. Religion has taught men and women that one set of things is good and another set of things is Bad and this type of conflicting thought, in the minds of Humans, has resulted. Trying to invent common ground between our instinct (ISM) and what religion says is good. Religions can not be allowed to define the instinct of Mankind (ISM) as Bad. If we allow it to do so this is the type of people that result. The type of people who live in clouds of confusion trying to synchronize the truth of their instinct with "what religion says is good". Now with the knowledge available through UCOM we can learn to accept who and what we are and eliminate the chaos caused by having conflicting thoughts which result from not being able to accept our true motives. Any thought which can occur in the human mind must be tolerated by society. Thoughts and motives can not be suppressed. Instead a means of consciously, openly dealing with all thoughts must be implemented. As well as providing social conditions which do not generate anti social motives. |

I postulate that any human is
capable of any humanly achievable feat provided they thoroughly understand addictions. Becoming entangled in addictions is the
main reason for Human failure when attempting to achieve goals. Addictions can be
defined as any deviation from a direct coarse toward what you initially start out seeking.
Therefore, the level of a Human's accomplishments is a measure of his or her immunity to
impertinent addictions. This can be applied to levels of influence amongst mankind in Human civilization. For a brief example: A child sets out with the goal of becoming a doctor. Attends the primary schools then falls in with a crowd of nurses. After years of school, hanging out with the nursing crowd, the adult resigns his/her self to becoming a nurse and forfeits the additional schooling necessary to become a doctor. It can be said that this once child, now adult, became addicted to the rewards found amongst the nurses and so relinquished further studies. Sub cultures can in this way be looked upon as addictions. I would say that the most wide spread reason for failure of goals in modern society is becoming addicted to various sub cultures. Whether they be sub cultures based on drugs, music, television, concerts, computer games, church events, family life, and yes even raising children which is a necessary function can be an addiction to some who after years of child raising can not stop wanting to raise more children and it absorbs their life. As you can see addictions are not bad. In fact everybody is addicted to something. Understanding this will help us to understand each other. Nothing is bad under any UCOM definition, there is only accommodating and unaccommodating relative to the individual or group with whom the thing is concerned. About happiness and joy Let's say you need to use the bathroom desperately. Are you happy? No way! Why? Because you are suffering biological pain caused by internal pressure on the organs. Well, emotional pain is also a biological pain. Therefore, when you are suffering from the absence of love it is also a physical pain, or pressure, you are suffering from. When you find the love you seek it is a physical relief, but we call it happiness. Thus we arrive at a definition of happiness and joy, which is the absence, or solution, of pains and discomforts. Happiness and joy being escapes, solutions, or avoidances of pain and discomfort can be looked upon as addictions. Understandably we have no other true goal to achieve except that of finding happiness, or comfort and joy, but Humans can be satisfied on low levels with nothing, or they can be satisfied on high levels with everything. The choice is ours to be swallowed up into low level addictions with happiness and joy or forage forward into the unknown realm of misery which can lead to high accomplishments and higher levels of happiness and joy for all. This is the issue of relative levels of anxiety which was discussed here. If we set out with the goal of finding happiness and joy without considering a specific level we are doomed to the first addiction we encounter which provides us with a solution which brings any level of happiness, it could even be drug addiction. Few actually choose the lowest level addiction, drug addiction, as a means to happiness and joy, or thoughtless bliss. It is not due to wisdom on the part of the individual but rather that they are more addicted to each other than anything else and thus seek happiness and joy on similar levels as those around them and the normal level of happiness is above drug addiction. But you can look back into the hour glass of time and see that it was not always as such. There have been civilizations in the past where drug addiction served as the primary normal solution to finding happiness and all the citizens indulged in drug usage to some extent. It is so even till this day in America as it pertains to the use of ethanol, alcohol, as a normal drug. The entire problem of addictions is similar to the weakest link in a chain theory. If one man chooses to sit down and accept happiness on a low level the bulk strain of advancing civilization is placed on the shoulders of those who refuse low level addictions and push forward toward better things for themselves and all. And so we arrive at a summary of all past history which explains the rise and fall of all great men. It is that the majority have always resigned themselves to low level addictions to provide themselves with the cheapest source of happiness available and it was insufficient to advance civilization thus Nature tormented a few that they might rise and elevate the many. Now it is time for the people to RISE ABOVE LOW LEVEL ADDICTIONS TO HAPPINESS and only after having so done can we eliminate the necessity for great leaders as the people will have become a great people! |

When you walk into a group of
friends, relatives, or coworkers put the idea out of your head that you have to do, say
and show things that will "please everyone" and not upset them. This sort of
mentality, which came from religions, has destroyed productivity in the modern world. Put
the idea into your head that you must "COMPETE" with everyone "ALL THE
TIME" but that you must do so in a manner which does not completely disrupt the
group. Cause them to dislike you, cause them to be angry with you. Object to the things
they say, if you have a logical basis. We must all come to the point where we can be
freely critical without fearing violence or penalization of any kind other than reciprocal
competitiveness geared at the the further achievement of the goal at hand. If there is no
goal at hand dissolve the group because it has no purpose. *How does the economically successful person destroy their children? Complacency! How has every previous civilization destroyed itself? Complacency! If you were a hiring manager at a company what would you think qualifies a person as a good employee? Complacency! Do we ever learn from the mistakes of the past? Everybody is running around avoiding pain and discomfort and becoming weaker and dumber. They say "I don't like mean people", "I don't want to argue", "Let's just ignore those kind". Foolish! If the soil is becoming increasingly hot and you opt to create thicker soles on your shoes your feet never adjust to the new climate and you are rendered a cripple within it! You Must Listen, You Must Argue, You Can Not Avoid "mean people". What do you think this is "Your Private Play Ground"? Wake up and smell the coffee. You just want to have a cup of coffee at Starbucks and then go walk the dog, right? Well let me tell you "Those who choose not to decide still have made a choice" - Rush. Nature and economics are in control here, not the peevish longings for complacency of the brain dead middle class yuppie. Everything ugly that you avoid will come to rule over you! One of the biggest problems in the modern World is the, religion inspired, longing after complacency, calmness and goodness in all! The manager looks for nice, kind, gentle and cooperative employees, because he (in his menial wisdom) thinks that it is necessary to make progress. Quite to the contrary! By doing this he is planting the first seeds to his own eventual failure! Once one friendly, complacent, person is in the door it becomes increasingly difficult for anyone of "Real quality" to enter behind him as a result of petty jealously and the progressively self defeating promulgation of weakness and apathy in all. Soon the entire operation is based on foolishness and coordinated by fools. It has out worn it's usefulness and has become a vampire in the economic arena. Why? Because they were all "Good People" and they chose to eliminate "Bad People", the proverbial separatist! Nature loves competition, Nature wants competitive BEASTS! If modern industry ever gets rid of it's foolish leaders we may be able to usher in a new World of Expansion based not on the religious complacency of the past but on the affirmation of our BEASTLY Nature To Compete! It is not at the avoidance of "Mean things" that we achieve anything, but at the moderate incorporation of them. Furthermore, how do people expect to advance within society by avoiding "certain aspects of society"? What is more is that they avoid precisely the most volatile issues in society, such as poverty and the strength developed by those who experience it. The only way we are going to curb it is to incorporate it. If you avoid it, it will curb you. * "Mothers and Sons" by Paul Olsen |

They sit at Starbucks drinking
fine coffees from around the world as they have done for twenty or more years,
congratulating each other, often with extravagant gifts, on the "excellent" work
they are and have been doing at their respective corporations. With this naive vanity they
languish around absorbed in delusion in the most expensive suits and cars scoffing at
undesirables almost as if a new aristocracy had risen from the swamps of destiny. Never
realizing that all of this vain pomposity has literally cost America 500,000,000,000
dollars more than exists! Vain pomposity exposed by the reality of gross ineptitude and unfathomable shallowness. In their religious longing after "cleanliness and white purity" they have succeeded in completely eliminating "Bad, Negative People - (Realistic people)" from their companies and lives resulting in a delusional reality of their own which makes the kind of progress they deem suitable. Precisely at the end of each epoch in human philosophical, evolutionary development the distance between realists and idealist is always the greatest, as it is now. So great is the distance between them that communication is not even a possibility, for they have literally nothing in common. (I predicted this 18 years ago and now it is here [The Final Thesis On Human Life.]) Living beyond their capabilities. In plush estates they languish fattened by gluttony not seeing the inevitable future. Finance allowed everyone to spend beyond their means and they did until they find themselves at a level of existence that they can not maintain and which has cost far more than is acceptable. Fools have taken a throne in the modern world and titled themselves Kings without a clue. They run about in quiet frenzies trying to find direction from other sources, but the dream has ended and the bill is too high to pay. |

Our modern
civilization is entertainment based. How did we manage to base our modern civilizations on entertainment? To answer that question we would do well to take a close look at marine life. Life in the ocean is not so drastically different from life in modern Human civilization as it exists at present. There are a variety of different species of fish all of them are competing with one another with little or no cooperation except perhaps within separatist groups and pairs. The fish have an economy very similar to our own. They operate within an accumulative economic system, AC. They don't use money, but believe me no food goes uneaten no matter what kind it might be. You have the scavengers who eat literally anything they find and the predators who eat only meat, then there are the herbivores who eat plant material. Their economy revolves around food. It's basically every fish for himself beyond that. Which is precisely the same as our modern civilizations. But these simple similarities are not the important point here. The most important similarity between marine economics and the economics of Humans in modern civilization is the implementation of systems of disguise to gain advantages in the economic cycle. With the advent of compound societies came the realization that the exploitation of others was an easy means of survival. But others do not like to be exploited and will even fight to keep from being exploited. This is where systems of disguise come into the picture. If we can trick the others into thinking that everything is O.K. while we are stealing their goods then the job will be accomplishable and or so much easier. It happens that this primal accumulative system of economics, hide to gain the advantage, suited mankind perfectly in his primitive civilizations; which persist till the present. Not unlike how it continues to suit marine economics perennially, as a result of their inability to advance beyond it. This is how Human civilization became an entertainment based civilization. Humans realized that fooling, tricking, and hiding unaccommodating truths, could greatly enhance one's business revenues. Showing people things that please them or that appeal to their senses is a form of trickery. It follows directly from a very popular piece of literature which has gained far too wide of a readership to be of any real value, and which furthermore is now antiquated as a means of operating under the coming cooperative civilization. The book is titled "Winning friends and influencing people." by Dale Carnegie. In the book, which I read several years ago, Dale tells us that we can go much further in our business relations by showing and telling things to people that they enjoy or that please them. It is trickery to say the least. But even further than that, which shows the extent of this books influence, speak to a modern day recruiter at any firm. The recruiter will be quoting Dale almost in verbatim when he advises you on how to act in an interview for a job. So far have we come down this long deceitful path of accumulative competition (AC) that it is known and "expected" practice to use trickery to gain advantages, even when applying for a job. So take a look at nearly all successful people in the modern world. What do you see? You see a juggler of tricks and disguises. Well this will probably never cease to exist, at least on some level, because it is reality. But to use it as a means of cooperating in an economic system is grossly primitive at best because it undermines the functionalism of the economic process by introducing not one element of uncertainty but rendering every element, by default, an uncertainty. The more unestablished variables in a process the less likely is the predictability of the outcome, which is why the economic system of the modern world is in a state of such horrible chaos. We definitely must establish a credible system of economic interaction. It is a preliminary to growth and progress beyond primitivism. But our entertainment based civilization doesn't stop there! What I have mentioned so far is only a tiny percentage of the manifestations of glamour and ostentation in modern civilization which resulted from this tendency to trick and fool others to gain economic advantages. Take a look at the buildings, the clothing, furniture, jewelry, make up, signs, speeches - (even from the political leaders), school books, styles of every variety. All of these things resulted from these primitive attempts to use disguise and trickery to gain economic advantages. In other words 60% of what is called "society" today will quite simply be completely obsolete in the society of tomorrow as there will be no further need to add elements of uncertainty to the economic process to maintain "special advantages". Just imagine what that tells you about the minds and utility of all these people in modern civilization who are absolute manifestations of Dale Carnegian thought and practice? It tells you that they are fast becoming obsolete economic machinery. In our modern entertainment based civilization everything that is shown is an illusion and it is expected as such by those attempting to mis lead this system. At the job interview the man who will be hired for nearly every position is not the most qualified man, but the most "ostentatious man". In the restaurants the guests who will be the most admired are not the most notable scientists, but the most "ostentatious" people. In fact the mere existence and infatuation with public dinning is all pent up in this longing after "ostentation" which resulted from mankind's primitive attempts at tricking and fooling his fellows to gain economic advantages. Who do we accept as politicians in the entertainment based society? Movie stars, who else! Who do we trust for advise and nearly everything else? The handsome, pretty people, right? And this society shows all of these adverse conditions. Even the elite class do everything in their power to be handsome, pretty and have handsome, pretty children who will then go on to be business and political leaders. A rude awakening is in the works. The truth is that ugly people usually have all the brains, contrary to this entertainment based mendacity. Which means essentially that things are turning upside down, and you can guess what happens when that becomes a reality. Instability mounts as systems start malfunctioning and performance becomes degraded. Every where you look in this modern civilization you see bold faced lies and ostentatious displays of mediocre things. It is the stage in the development of civilization that we are currently within. No, actually it is the end of that stage. These are the final days and accordingly everything exists at it's very apex of mendacity and pomposity. The fools clamor to out do each other in ostentation not seeing the end of the entire cycle of entertainment based society just around the bend. In the civilization of the future I can see pomposity being a dangerous, even life threatening thing. So despised shall be the preceding epoch of accumulative competition that to manifest any relic of it could cause one to be violently attacked by the citizenry. |

Picture yourself as a structure moving through the structure of society. Your structure is defined by Human instinct. The structure of society is defined by the understanding of Human instinct that existed when it was established. Now imagine the two structures getting way out of synchronization with one another. If you have an inflexible social structure based on an understanding of Human instinct which existed thousands of years ago and you run modern day Humans through that structure what do you get? Friction is what you get because everybody is being compressed, disfigured, and twisted. Did that child really want to grow up into a couch potato living off blockbuster videos? No! He wanted to be a STAR! It is what we all want. It is the instinct of Humans. They all want to shine amongst others, each in his or her own way. He wanted to be proud of himself and have them be proud of him, but his options were limited. Perhaps the thing he liked most wasn't available to him for any number of reasons. The primary one of which would be maladjusted resource distribution. A second would be the separation between him and the necessary contact points. Now if there were only a few such citizens it would not be a matter of much importance, but as it is the greatest percentage of citizens are in fact becoming narrow minded couch potatoes. How many of these citizens, now reduced to non-productive zombies feeding off blockbuster videos and other trash would have been profound social contributors if only they could have have seen any reward at the end of the tunnel? It has become obvious that this antiquated caste system doesn't reward ingenuity, which is about the worst state of affairs that could befall any civilization of intelligent beasts. I would guess almost all of them would have been profound social contributors. Certainly millions would shine in unprecedented ways, but perspectives were narrowed as reward was invisible. Mostly because the bulk of the people's wealth is being hoarded by clueless inheritors who's intent is to proliferate zombies and sit on their ass doing what amounts to nothing, exhausting what little misguided ambition they have in the process. It's Insanity, but if you don't like it, well the PCs have AIDS, prisons, mental institutions and an assortment of other cover up mechanisms! To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. When the people encounter friction they draw back their instincts, they disfigure themselves in such a way as will allow them to fit into the obsolete social structure. This is like a narrowing tunnel. The tighter the structure of society the narrower the Humans must become to survive within it. The more chains, locks, fences, laws, and security devices that are in existence the narrower the people must become to exist within them. People are becoming progressively more narrow minded because the social structure is squeezing them into a zombie like trance a trance that if broken leads directly towards the ever expanding number of untouchables. |

Once upon a time when a man was shamed by another it was his duty to challenge the man who shamed him to a duel. It was a matter of dignity and honor. The people of this modern age have been shamed by the rich. The rich are and have been spending millions of dollars a year to tend and maintain elaborate gardens, flower pots, hedges and trees. When the rich put the lives of plants above the lives of the people the people have been put to shame. It is a blatant depiction of their divergence from sanity and a calling to all concerned citizens to awaken and heed the crisis confronting us. We must expect and demand more from those who imitate administrators by hoarding excesses of the people's money and all administrative social functions. Millions of people still live in pre civilization conditions on this planet and you'd have to be completely insane to think that your garden is more important than their lives. Furthermore any political system endorsing this type of insanity would by irrefutable definition be long since obsolete. This is up and above all the other Misallocated Resources in the modern world. |
