The Limit To Product Quality - Profit

What an absurd idea. That the quality of the produce of modern industry should have limitations.

Never the less what I'm about to divulge will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that there does exist a limit to product quality in the modern world. And likewise a tremendous flaw and short coming in the design of our political system.

Why does a beast take part in any labor? For the reward thereby provided, of course. Imagine now a modern world engaged in producing every gadget imaginable. What is the primary goal of the producers? To sell products obviously.

Now imagine the quality of various products increasing to the extent where such products almost became unnecessary, which is to say buying just one in a lifetime was enough for an entire household. What would happen to the sale of those products? It would STOP, or slow down tremendously! And if the sale of those products stopped what would happen to the company producing the products? It would go out of business or profits would decline tremendously.

Knowing as we do that all modern corporations sell stock on the, not so, public market we realize that there are real people, investors, who are concerned with only one thing about any company for which they hold stock; profits. Which means essentially that if the chief executive officer of a corporation doesn't generate profit he or she probably isn't going to be a chief executive officer for very long.

Knowing as we do that the only path to profit is sales, and the CEOs of all existing corporations must either profit or be unemployed we can conclude without any doubt that there does in fact, under the existing political system, exist a strict limitation on the quality of any product. That limitation is the necessity to maintain repeat sales in an effort to maintain profit.

This being the case the modern world is confounded with an insurmountable obstacle whilst attempting to advance beyond the current state of product quality. The obstacle of it being virtually impossible to advance product quality within the existing political conditions because product quality is profit based.

If product quality increases profit decreases and vise versa.

Now you know why all those things we buy keep falling apart, because corporations MUST GENERATE REPEAT SALES TO MAINTAIN PROFIT. It is the veritable limitation to product quality and there is no way to surmount it except to transform the political scenario. Think you not that corporate leaders don't know this. They are running a game on the modern world, a game of let's all go insane together because I have a boat and a fancy house and insanity is fun. There comes a time when their decision making ability is almost completely inept and that time is now.

How the PCs are inhibiting product availability in addition to product quality

"Is Plenty Too Much For The Common People" George R. Kirkpatrick 1939, page 119, and page 56 respectively.
"General abundance of everything would mean...general collapse in profits...the operation of the nations production plant continuously, full capacity, can never be permitted while the profit system lasts...."
Of the years in the great depression of 1929: "The grapes destroyed in this one state, in one season, 1930, exceeded by 100,000. tons the entire grape crop of the united states outside of California...vast quantities of oranges have been picked in California, piled high and wide in long, golden windrows, and then fouled with kerosene to make them burnable, or to render them unusable...Well, in 1931,...California alone, Mr. Hoover's own state, deliberately destroyed or permitted to rot 800,000,000. pounds of grapes."

Even today farmers are paid, by the government, not to grow crops as a way of maintaining profit.

Farm subsidies that starve the world: "This is the global food scandal in microcosm. There are thousands of examples like this where heavily subsi- dised commodities from the so-called developed world are dumped on the poor, while they are prevented from securing access to the markets of the rich."
Environmental Cost of Farm Subsidies: "According to an argument advanced by the Heritage Foundation and other critics of the farm bill, U.S. farm policy "is based on the premise that a surplus of crops has lowered crop prices too far and farmers need subsidies to recover lost income."
"Farm subsidies have been on the rise. The 2002 farm bill boosted them to $19 billion a year. Both political parties are at fault."

Imagine a researcher at Raid corporation discovering a method of stopping mosquitos from biting Humans forever.

You might think "That man will be famous".

But the truth is that that man will likely have a fatal accident and fail to show up for work the next day. Why? Because without a bug problem there is no need for a Raid corporation. Big stock holders in Raid corporation would see to it that he "had an accident".

Here we find the quality limit of Raid pest control products - the necessity to maintain profit.

What of the idea of having a sun screen which only required a single drop per day to completely block all sun? Impossible under the existing political conditions as sales would not be sufficient to generate adequate profit to engage the endeavor.
What of the idea of having an automobile that used only one gallon of gasoline per week? Impossible under the existing political conditions as gasoline sales would not be sufficient to generate adequate profit to engage the endeavor.
What of creating shoes for the children of the world that last years rather than weeks? Impossible under the existing political conditions as sales would not be sufficient to generate adequate profit to engage the endeavor.

They're going to tell you that UCOM can't exist because I never attended high school and don't have a high school diploma. What they are really saying is "do it my way because it works for me". Fools, failing to realize how vastely much more of everything could exist under more cooperative political conditions. They hide in closets with their petty toys hoping not to be discovered while the reality of astronomically more spectacular toys and products of all kinds for everyone, no more solitude or hiding, is put on hold as a direct result of their hiding and hoarding. I fail to understand the logic of the modern corporate leader and or Petty Capitalist. Perhaps there is no logic, they are just obsolete relics driving us all in circles.

Thus we see again, quite clearly, that what exists in the modern world is in almost every way obsolete.
